    Verdict - 4 (8/10)

    I had a hard time with this issue. The art by Marco was great and Silvestri did a great job with the story. It was more about pacing and flow as we are taking back and forth between scenes most of which lasted for less than a page. There are also moments where the events weren't outlined as well as I would have liked before they happened. The issue did however redeem itself toward the end as we discover multiple endgames in effect and get the confrontation between Killjoy and Cyber Force. I can't wait to see how issue #10 turns out and the upcoming Aphrodite IX/Cyber Force crossover.
