Legacy is intent on destroying Nitro, the villain responsible for killing his father, Captain Marvel. What follows is a worthy battle of galactic proportion! But will Legacy be able to take Nitro’s life?
Legacy is brooding over the tapes left behind by his father, Captain Marvel. He has made the decision to find and kill Nitro, the man responsible for his father's death. His mother and Starfox attempt to stop him, but he will not listen. He tracks Nitro to Hala, where the Kree empire is no longer intact.
He finds Nitro in a Kree museum and tells him he is there to kill him. Nitro is remorseless for killing Captain Marvel and is in fact glad to have been a part of it. They begin to battle one another, but Legacy is able to defeat Nitro. A monument in the musuem to his father reminds him that he should not kill his enemies. He takes Nitro back to Titan for imprisonment.
Meanwhile, Thanos' captive is awake. He tells Ganymede that she will help them or she will perish, it is her choice.
Back on Titan, Legacy's family is proud of his decision. But they have a guest who seeks assistance. In Mentor's quarters they find Jack of Hearts who tells them of Thanos' kidnapping. Legacy volunteers to go and after some disagreement from Starfox, Mentor believes this to be the correct choice. Jack and Legacy head out to find Ganymede.
