    History:

    After completing Military Intelligence Officer Basic at Fort Huachuca, he attended the Defense Language Institute, displaying a proclivity for languages. He was enrolled in Arabic and picked up Kurdish and Armenian on his own. Instrumental in bringing Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan to power in 1999 and the Sonthi Boonyaratgin in Thailand in 2006, both of which were a bloodless coup that proved to be beneficial to certain U.S. interests.

    Distinguished Service Cross, two Silver Stars, Bronze Star with Valor Device, Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Ranger Tab, Scuba Badge and numerous foreign awards.
