    Featuring the thrilling conclusion of the Penguin storyline! Batman thwarts the Penguin and saves the son of the Quraci ambassador, but it's not over yet! In desperation, the Penguin takes on a last-ditch hostage: District Attorney Harvey Dent's wife, Alice Dent! If Batman takes any risks to save Alice's life, nothing will stop Dent from personally declaring war on the vigilante!
