Is it the Best Spider-Man storyline ever?
It really isn't, though at least it isn't One More Day.

Not remotely.
Read: Kraven's Last Hunt, Death of Gwen Stacy, Revenge of the Green Goblin, The first few appearances of Venom...
The Clone Saga is a bit down on the list.
"come on nobody you know i LOVE spiderman :P"You stay away from my Spider-Man threads! :P
"come on nobody you know i LOVE spiderman :P"Is in a mood where he cannot recognize sarcasm, hence he dies of heart attack x_x
"T.J. Magnum said:well now im going to it.......... :P"come on nobody you know i LOVE spiderman :P"You stay away from my Spider-Man threads! :P"
the clone saga is perhaps my favorite spidey arc since it was the first major arc that i bought and at the time i loved it...i've wanted to reread it again but it's too much of a hassle to pull out all those issues....they need to make it into trades like earth x and aoa
"Amen to that. Clone Saga was mostly crap. Even though the Death of Aunt May in #400 was done really well, and the Revelations storyline was pretty good. Other than that, crap, crap, and more crap!!!!Not remotely.

" Brand new day and the bulk of the clone saga are the worst stories in Spider-Man, and even though I loved Straczynski's run, the other fell short as well. The best stories are Spidey's Origin,Final Chapter, Spider-man no more, the Death of Gwen Stacy, Kraven's Last Hunt, Revenge of the Green Goblin, The story where Harry Osborn dies (can't remember the name), Spider-Man Reign, Spider-Man Blue, the very last issue of the clone saga, and pretty much the entire Ultimate Spider-Man series, and John Romita Jr. and J. Michael Strczynski's run of Amazing, Millar's MK Spider-Man run, and New Avengers.... Not any really specific story, just love how Spidey's handled there. But, to reiterate... No. Brand new day is NOT the best spider-man story. Far, far from it. "THANK YOU!
