Cloak and Dagger 1-Shot If you have been tracking the mutant population as I have this is a very important issue. This is a good story about the relation ship between the duo, and the way that the deal with being apart from each other, especially when that distance is emotional as well as physical. In this one-shot issue of Cloak and Dagger, Dagger is on Utopia island with the x-men training. She starts to miss Cloak and calls but he doesn't answer. So typical. Cloak teleports to South Boston to see his girlfriend Tia. Cloak and Dagger are not allowed to interact with their powers. Cloak is held captive by a special force team to try and wipe away any memory of him having super powers. Then Dagger saves him along with the help of the x-men. I must confess...I've lost touch with these characters over the year through their many pop ups throughout the Marvel Universe. So feel free to fill me in on how this story reads to those who have followed their more recent adventures. But every since their first issue I've always found them a fascinating well of untapped potential. If I could pick two lesser known characters in the Marvel U. to tinker around with it would be these two. That being said I'm so glad to see them in this one shot...

Stuart Moor handles this in a very quick and decisive manner within the very first few pages but also adds layers to what would otherwise be a cut and dry answer.
