This non-fiction comic is a thorough resource on the entire solar system. It gives all the pertinent information about the planets (nine at the time of publication) and the Sun and Moon. It gives the size (radius, diameter and circumference) of every heavenly body. It gives the distance from each planet to the sun, the number of moons each planet has, its surface temperature for both day and night, and the chemical makeup of the atmosphere. It even covers the gravity issue, and tells how much one would weigh on the different planets and on the Moon. Some early astronomers are also covered, with comments on their discoveries. There's some interesting details, too. Pluto was named after its discoverer, Percival Lowell, in an odd way. The first two letters of the word Pluto are the initials of Percival Lowell. This book covers a lot in its pages.
