Ok so I recently bought a civil war omnibus, the inside cover read civil war 1-7.. I read it and it was excellent BUT there are AT LEAST ten other civil war omnibuses and many of them have no numbering! what do I read and in what order? ..It seems as though the whole affair is begun and ended in the book I purchased, but there is all this other material.. is this solely supplemental as in not integral to the overall story but just fill ins of the different characters involved and their first person account of what happens, or is it all one flowing plot and I'm missing out big time. Someone please explain this confusing story arc for me ( and while you're at it the secret invasion one too!)
Thanks
a confused X-men fan.
Civil War
Following a catastrophic tragedy caused by superhumans, the US Government passes a Super-Human Registration Act that requires all super-powered individuals in the country to reveal their identities, disclose their powers and personal details, and register as government employees or risk indefinite incarceration. This causes a deep rift in the hero community, with some backing the Act while others oppose it.

I know it's not a quick & easy answer to your question (mainly because I don't know the answer) but try looking the Civil War volumes up on Amazon. The details there should tell you which issues they collect. Then you can compare that to Chrome Zillion's list.
