Meriem must combat an abused teen, who fashions himself as the king of crime. Forming Marshville's first teen gang, the delinquent mobsters go on a reign of terror, cutting phone lines, breaking water hydrants and shattering windows. Looting becomes epidemic, and as if things couldn't get worse the small band of juveniles deliberately sever the power lines - but what they don't realize is the town's only line of defense against the outside world is an electric fence! With no power, the savage land's unwanted guests begin to stroll into Marshville with food on their minds!
