    Castle Plun-Darr is the home of The Mutants of Plun-Darr.

    Castle Plun-Darr has been located on both Third Earth and Thundera.  This is the base of operations for the Mutants to attack the Thundercats and the denizens of the respective planet it is located on.   It is built in the model of Cat's Lair with it resembling it inhabitants.  It has many features that make it a formidable place.  When located on Third Earth this castle was located on a lone cliff spire with a cliff road-bridge leading to the front door.  The claws of the gargoyle lift to allow for spaceships and the Mutants tank, The Ground Pounder.
