During World War II, Steve Rogers volunteered to receive the experimental Super-Soldier Serum. Enhanced to the pinnacle of human physical potential and armed with an unbreakable shield, he became Captain America. After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.
is even movie cap based off of 616 Captain America or Ultimate Cap? or mix?
On a whole, the character is based off the 616 version. His personality, his shield and fighting style, his backstory, even his power-level. It's all 616.
The only Ultimate elements present would be...well, the helmet maybe.
Yeah I think they even used Ed Brubaker take on Cap and especially Winter Soldier as the main model. As they plan on explaining more on Buck in part 3.
In before anyone says how is Cap doing those superhuman feats in the movie if he's only peak human........LOL. Cap has been doing stuff like this "count less" of times.
Ult Cap doesn't really have a stat edge anymore. Only by word games as modern Cap is a beast.
I think the answer is clear (although 616 seems a lot more confident and sure of himself than in MCU. Maybe that's the route they're taking with his character in the movies, growth-wise).
In fact, if anything, Ultimate Cap is more wise than MCU Cap. When asked by Erskine whether or not he wanted to "kill Nazis", MCU Cap's response was good, almost to the point of being out of touch with reality. At least the abrasive Ultimate Cap understood that the essence of his duty was to do evil unto evil.
((Ult Cap doesn't really have a stat edge anymore. Only by word games as modern Cap is a beast?)) what are you talking about? least i check ultimate cap is a beast compare to 616, anywho as for movie cap? i don't know his personality feels more like 616 cap however his fighting style its the same as both versions.
