grrrr f*ck you marvel you already tried replace steve hundreds of times and they were never close to as popular or iconic marvel needs to stop replacing my favorite characters because its p*ssing me of ima switch to dc soon these hacks need to just get Brubaker back and leave steve alone the only superhero marvels replaced that was successful was the human torch give it a f*cking break marvel

So basically Steve will be running the role of old Bruce like in batman beyond and the new cap will hopefully be some young hero like Ian Zola

Thought the series up until now was pretty decent, but have no interest in this. Like someone else said quit trying to shake up characters, especially because we're all just waiting for the inevitable restoration of the status quo. Spider-man, wolverine, cap, leave them as they are. Obviously they're beloved characters and you don't need to pull a random huge change out to get readers, how about focusing on a great story instead? I will say that I actually supported and enjoyed Bucky's run as Cap because that was built towards for a long time, made sense, and was well executed. And even though we knew Steve Rogers would be back, when he was brought back as the head of s.h.i.e.l.d. that also made sense and worked. Obviously they made him Cap again soon after, but I would've been fine if he continued kicking ass in his new role and Bucky continued the mantle of Captain America.

Why are people complaining about this? Steve will still be around no doubt and will probably be back as Cap in the future. And the whole diversity for diversity sake? If they were going to do that they'd just pull a DC and just make Rogers black.

I swear at least give this new Cap a shot before you grab your torches. If he acts exactly like Cap but is another race then jump down their throats not before. I mean look at the new Ghost Rider and Ms Marvel both Carol and Johnny are still around stop acting like this is the end of the world.
