Burter is the fastest member of the Ginyu force and considers himself the fastest being in the Universe. He typically teams up with Jeice during battles. While he was too much for Vegeta, Gohan, and Krillin, Burter is easily dispatched by Goku once he arrives on Namek. However, Goku didn't kill Burter, he only knocked him unconscious. Vegeta criticized Goku for letting him live, and killed Burter himself, by crushing his neck with his knee. His strongest move is one that he used when he teams up with the second fastest member of the Ginyu Force, Jeice. It is the Purple Comet attack and it is useing sheer speed to their advantage. They attack the unfortunate victim with a bevy of attacks
