A deadly killer for hire capable of using practically anything as a lethal projectile weapon with flawless accuracy and deadly force. He is one of the most psychotic and sadistic characters in Marvel and serves as one of Daredevil's most dangerous foes.
That was a good one...My favorite kill though would have to be the classic Elektra scene...A card to the throat and a sai to the stomach. The dialogue was great too.
The description on Thunderbolts where he killed a father & son with a popsicle stick sounds awesome, i'd like to see him killing a minor by impaling him/her with a chair

He did that long before he became Bullseye. when he was a baseball player for that short time.. he wasn't wearing that costume. but it was awesome. the batter was taunting him and he just annihilated him with that baseball. everyone was OMFG! AHHHHHH!!!!. but answering the question.
My fav kill was definately when he killed Hoskins with that loose tooth. TAKE THAT COPS THAT USE FORCE WHILE INTERROGATING.

Fingernails most of the time have slightly sharp ends to them, I'm pretty sure Bullseye could kill someone with a fingernail.

maybe? definately. bullseye is definately more psychotic than Hawkeye. He would definately rip his own fingernail off and easily kill someone with it. Come on he killed someone with a toothpick from over a 100 yards away. So yes he could easily kills someone with a fingernail.
My favorite was the toothpick too. Other memorable moments are when he threw a poodle through venoms head, and when he knocked out punisher with a freaking paper airplane
