Broll was a druid who could assume many animal forms, however for a time he was limited to a bear's form, as the bear spirit fed on his rage. It was revealed that a druid's animal forms each drew power from a different emotion..and Broll's constant anger made the bear incredibly strong and it overpowered the other animal spirits. Eventualy he was able to let go of the painful memories that kept him so angry and gained the power to become a panther, a cheetah, a stag, a raven, and a sea lion.
