@Roxanne Starr: No problem! I've only ever read one issue of Flaming Carrot that I got for free from my LCS so this seemed like a cheap, effective way for getting into the series. I really look forward to it and thank you for promoting it. :)

@Roxanne Starr: I'm so glad this went well.

Side note: that Velcro-dragon creature is creepy, but awesome :P

YOU PLEDGED??? Thanks so much, Queso6p4!

Don't thank me for promoting the kickstarter though...I had ulterior motives. I'm actually part of the BOBBURDENCOMICS.COM organization.

Did you get a chance to SEE the live feed, Poet?

That avi is Velcro's DragonCon costume. Now that the kickstarter is over, I finally get to change my avi all the time again. :D

@Roxanne Starr: You're welcome. Thanks for being honest as to your ulterior motives, but they're not that bad (just kidding). It seems that bob does great work and is worth supporting so it's for a good cause.

@Roxanne Starr: unfortunately not while it was live (started writing a story and didn't stop until after it was over).

    it's cute.

btw, did you guys ever decide what your title was going to be in the "BOBBURDENCOMICS.COM organization"? I remember you talking about it in the Pulp thread, but that was a while back...

Well, the most exciting part of the live broadcast was when Velcro escaped through an unlocked door on Bob's screened-in porch. Bob left his computer and he and Tony and I went chasing after that demented beast...so for a few minutes all you saw on the screen was Bob's empty chair. :(

For now, everyone here's title is "Mail Room Employee."

Actually, I just found out that I get to do production work for the printer of the Hardcover tomorrow...while Tony gets to be Mail Boy.

Bob will just spend tomorrow being Bob...like he does every day. :D

Laying out books is a dirty job...but someone has to do it! XD

Wasn't hilarious for poor Tony. He went running out into the street barefooted...afraid that Velcro had already been hit by a car. :(

    @Roxanne Starr: well, I'm glad Velcro's alright....

I was supposed to write some sort of essay/story for my English class on the subject of change (of course that was like throwing Brer Rabbit into the briar patch). I did a story staring some stuffed animal characters I created when I was younger with appearances later of my master thief character, my private detective, my Poet superhero personae and the Voodoo lady I wrote a play about for my drama class. We only needed the first two pages written for Tuesday, but I I think I wrote up to the 5 pages we need for the Oct. 1st deadline...

People who don't know Velcro that well are unaware of how quickly he will seize on an opportunity. When he's on a mission and there's a door in his way he will always try to shove it open. Velcro waits on no man! LOL!

    No Caption Provided

But had Tony run out into traffic and got hit by a car I would have strangled that little sh*tter with my bare hands! >:(

Ah, English class! I can't remember a single thing that I wrote when I was in high school. But then that was when dinosaurs roamed the earth.
