Blur

In an attempt to rule the Earth, a White Martian named A'mokk cloned hybrid children by splicing his DNA with genetic material taken from various super-villains. His first batch of hybrid clones included a speedster created from the DNA of Professor Zoom. Named Blur, he appeared to be a albino human boy in a Flash-like uniform. He possessed superhuman speed, but fled from his first battle when he displayed the Martian weakness of fire while fighting Vulcan and his flaming sword.

Powers

Blur has superhuman speed since he is a clone of Professor Zoom and might have a link to the Speed Force. Blur never displayed any abilities derived from his White Martian DNA, though it was implied that he could shape-shift and use telepathy like full Martians. (only on a lesser scale). Like all Martians Blur has a vulnerability to fire.
