Rural House
A master criminal Len Stafford sees the error of his ways and not only reforms, but decides to battle the criminal underworld he was once a part of.
In order to keep track of what is going on in that crime underground he hides his change of heart from his former cronies and take on the secret identity of the Blue Circle, so that as the “semi-retired” criminal Len Stafford he can keep tabs on those he plans on battling.
Eventually he is able to reform and recruit other criminals who are experts in a variety of areas such as explosives, driving and surveillance, and with them forms the Blue Circle Council.
His career as a superhero however was very brief, lasting less than a year and has since fallen into the public domain.
Other Appearances
Sadly the next time he was to show up he seemed to be involved in the pornography trade, along with some other mystery men and superheroes past their glory day.
Seems Dr. House was right, “no one ever changes.”
