A Reign O Fear And Madness Is Created By The Madmen
The Blue Beetle's gun is stolen by the Madmen who use it to commit robberies all over Hub City. The Madmen can't work the gun but use it anyway. Since no one in Hub City knows what is does they think it is a super weapon and are afraid of the Madmen. The Blue Beetle looses his reputation only to get if back when he captures the Madmen and gets his gun back. A side story is Dan Garrett back to town and seeming back from the dead.

The Question fights a villain in a deep sea divers outfit.
