    Blue Beetle must track down a murderer.

    Blue Beetle in on the trail of the serial killer known as the Skid Row Slasher. Blue Beetle tracks down the clues as the Slasher leaves a trail of bodies. Meanwhile Maxwell Fisher is on the same case with no leads. How many will die before the Slasher is stopped.

    This is a really good self contained comic.  The story looks at homeless people in a sensitive light while the Blue Beetle is trying to stop a man from killing them off one by one.  The motive of the killer was not that great and morale was a little forced but it was a good book.  It is rare to see stories like this where the good guy stops the criminal and there is a moral tone to the story.  It also showed that no matter what Blue Beetle does as a superhero he cannot stop the broader cultural ...
