This PROJECT SUPERPOWERS spin-off series has risen to become one of the roughest, toughest and angriest super heroes comics on the comic racks today! The saga of the Black Terror continues! The mysterious (and often, quite angry) Black Terror continues to unravel the mysteries of who he is and how he was changed by the urn in “Inhuman Remains” from writers Phil Hester and Alex Ross, and introducing Terror’s new sidekick, THE PARROT!

The Black Terror finds out the the Phantom galleon drift to where he is needed like an "evil detector" The Galleon does just that however and stops a slave smuggling caravan led by Black Satan. Later, on the smuglers ship the Black Terror is caught with the help of Electru.

The Terror is put into a cell designed to keep him week. Next to his cell are a group of children who are being kept there as well. One is a child he saw in a vision he had. Just when things look their bleakest the Phantom Galleon pulls along the smugglers ship with cannons trained on it and seemingly ghost crew. Also a part of the ship sends down a small woman called the parrot to warn the Terror and the children of the escape plan.
