Black Eagle

Origin

Black Eagle's son served in the military with Charles Xavier and they became close friends.  They became so close that they became blood brothers and Charles was accepted into their household by Black Eagle.  Black Eagle is revered among his people as a leader, teacher and shaman.  
 
When Black Eagle discovered that his granddaughter ( Moonstar) had mutant abilities he wrote to Charles asking him to help her. Charles went at once but Black Eagle was murdered before he could even get to Colorado were they lived.  Moonstar however was their and reluctantly went with Charles to be trained and taught how to use her abilities.
