I like  Tyrannotaur's suggestion of Ali Larter. I've always thought she would be perfect.  I came across these photo manipulations of her as the Black Cat that actually aren't that bad.

If she was willing to up the sex appeal, Michelle Williams (who was brilliant in My Week With Marilyn) could do it. As could Rachael Taylor.

I have also heard horrible ideas that they turn Gwen Stacy (Bryce Dallas Howard)into Black Cat. No way.. Thats like turning Darth Vader into Obi Won Kenobi. It would piss off alot of loyal fans of the series.

@Batnandez: Yeah....all except Elisha Cuthbert are pretty much old for Felicia.....they went for a Ultimate universe Spiderman in the new movies,so Cat must be around 20....(not in real life....the character...)
