    When he says SHAZAM does he borrow their powers or does it mean he's strong like Hercules, fast as Mercury and so on... and if he is borrowing their power are they powerless while he's using their powers as Captain Marvel. Also is Billy Captain Marvel or is he dwelling in the body of the entity Captain Marvel?

    Well, pre-New 52, he actually drew powers from six Gods of Magic that were merely using the names of the Greek Pantheon. In the New 52, his powers come directly from the Rock of Eternity, and so he isn't drawing power from any other being.

    Billy is captain marvel because he has shown childlike behavior multiple times in the new 52
