    This is one of the better series of the Before Watchmen and I think that's a lot down to Jae Lee's art work. He really has a great way of character emotions and great layouts. The story however is a little lacking for me as it drags out some bits and rushes others and overall has a little too much going on.This continues the tale of Ozymandias' past from his own autobiography (which is a funny way of telling the story in my opinion).     This is such a crazy cover, especially considering how simplistic the idea is. The first cover was awe inspiring, an attest to Ozymandias' ascetic tone and delusions of grandeur. This one completely subverts that in a scene of simplistic bondage. It's smart, and the yellow background makes it really pop.And of course Jae Lee's interior art is as magnificent and gorgeous as always. Jae Lee really is one of the best in the business.     Jae Lee is, in my opinion, one of the top tier artists in comics today. I only wish that he did more series but the problem with that is that his gorgeous art style would be associated with a possible bad story. Something I liked about this issue was Ozymandias doubting himself and not 100% ready for his first acts as a vigilante.
