    Technically his blue fur is his second form, as he was initially grey. Also, him turning furry wasn't a mutation, it was just the result of an accident, unless they retconned that.

    The more recent mutation of Beast. The one that young Hank helped him turn into after he got sick in All-New X-Men.

    So the third mutation, I guess.

    Yeah, I know. I actually own the comic where he first turned into "The Beast" but I doubt the majority of people even remember that. Especially since the blue one was implied to be his first in the comics since then. Him turning furry has also been called a mutation caused by him taking the formula. It was still a mutation, just not a natural one.
