Just figured this series deserved a shout-out. The story is intriguing, the villains being set up are formidable and the art consistently outdoes every other modern comic running right now. It's not just the lines and colouring, either... The artist takes fantastic liberties with panel structure, which often lead to breathtaking pages. Here's an example with Killer Croc.

The best stuff is in the Hydrology arc, however. The Weeping Woman is a great villain that makes for some even better art.

Anyway, just thought I'd give my fellow comic readers the heads up: Batwoman is awesome, and if you're not reading it, you should be.

I agree, it's a great series. The art in this picture is good, but the issues with J.H. Williams art are incredible.

Definitely agreed. Batwoman is the series I look forward to most every month. Hydrology was definitely great (I love the Weeping Woman) but I think this arc with Medusa and the Wonder Woman team up has been even better. Batwoman's the series I'd reccommend to anyone.

Yeah, he did #0-5, #12, #0, #13-14, bits of #15 and #16-17. He's been the co-writer all the way through too. Trevor McCarthy who drew #9-11 is drawing the next story arc, #18-24 I think.

I might consider it in TPB form. I don't think it's the sort of thing I'd add to my monthly list.
