    Serpent's HomelandTo read this article with images, Click Here.Yay! It's time for another issue of Batwoman. Nothing gets me so worked up as being able to see another adventure of my favorite heroine. As the Medusa saga sprints towards the finish line, everything has taken on epic proportions as Gotham is under siege from the creatures of nightmare. Last month's Interlude II story was an good respite from the main arch, but I'm more than eager to get back to Kate, Diana, and the fray of monsters...

    All Hell is breaking loose in Gotham. Not only is Joker is wrecking mayhem (I think that is happening during this), a giant three headed hydra and Medusa's team is destroying the rest of the city. Missing children, people turning to stone, dogs and cat's living together, mass hysteria.Batwoman and Wonder Woman have finally touched down in Gotham to put a stop to all of this. The duo split up, Wonder Woman taking out the giant Hydra and Batwoman going after Medusa and to save the kidnapped kids.W...

    Something I'm really noticing here is that J.H. Williams III has taken different storytelling approaches to each story arc, really testing out the different limits of the medium and pushing them. The first arc had a relatively normal pacing, if only unique due to Williams' amazing artwork, while the second arc had a much under appreciated 6-Piece Narrative that strung itself together across several months of time. This third arc has been going with a style that leans heavily towards pure literar...
