Who can Batman NOT Beat with Prep Time?
@SexualLobster: Brilliant
It may be buried in this thread somewhere but Swamp Thing is probably the best example of Batman getting his ass handed to him despite extreme prep. He equipped the batmobile with chainsaws and flamethrowers and possibly brought along napalm but got beaten badly. It was by the great Alan Moore so he wasn't going to give Bruce a free meal ticket.
Squirrel Girl
Aunt May
All omniscient's
All omnipotent's
Most Cosmics
John Constantine
there's quite a few people but I can't be bothered to list them all.
Tom and Jerry
Batman fanboys are SO annoying. Of course he is going to win in HIS OWN COMIC. The writers BULLSHITTED it that way. It would be impossible for him to win against most of the superheroes people are pitting him against. I could write and draw it so that freakin' Skin could beat Batman, and you would have a fit. You see how ridiculous that sounds? That is how Batman fanboys look like to everyone else. Also, just because you beat someone once, doesn't mean you can do it again. The whole writing behind Batman is the sole definition of PIS - he spends all his time doing stimulations and preparing for the most unlikely scenarios yet still has a multi-million dollar company; he is in his 30's yet has mastered all these things = BS. Batmans cool and all, but its the wack job fans that make you hate him - it's worse than the Wolverine fans!
Thor can do a front-flip summer-salt into the air, while winding up the might Mjolnir for a swing, and then landing right in front of Batman while swinging the hammer down with the force proportional to a monster truck squashing a rabbit. When Mjolnir makes contact with Batman's skull, the force is so powerful that it literally breaks Batman in half vertically, insides spewing out like a jelly doughnut.
Thor can beat Batman with absolutely zero preparation. In fact, it is insulting to Thor to even ask this question and not include him in the "exceptions" that you made in the OP.

LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. His bat-disciples

He has never faced Batman's wrath. ;)
LOL JK, out of all seriousness, he'd lose to Godzilla.
Assuming he had limitless prep, he could not defeat the following:
Mindless Hulk.
Phoenix
Galactus
The Living Tribunal
The One above all
Beyonder
Franklin Richards
Eternity
Infinity
Thanos
Death
Silver Surfer
With limited prep...it varies.
Superman
Hulk
Galactus
Hercules
Galactus
Doomsday
Silver Surfer
Terminator
Abomination
Destroyer
Spiderman
Wonder Woman
The list goes on.
Edit: Godzilla is another i'd like to throw in.
"Prep Time" is a BS excuse to give Batman a win without any real logic. It's basically saying "Well Batman is going to prepare for this fight so he's going to win"

Nobody abuses prep time like Batman or Batman fans
@society619:Batman is the most popular prep user, doesn't matter though, the most idiotic fanboys are wolverine and spiderman fans, that's a fact

@lemonthrains: No trust me its the hardcore Batman fans and I am a Batman fan.
no actually it's wolverine and spiderman fans, they actually voted for spiderman and wolverine to beat lobo and superboy. biggest comic fan morons, that is a fact
Doctor Doom (superior technology, magic)
Thanos
Manhattan
Galactus
Thor?
and other powerful..
I do not think it has serious problems against Reed Richards, as I firmly believe that Batman is higher in the strategy, the factor that matters most in a fight. Richards is better than just a scientific level.
The most powerful members of the JLA, has already proven they can beat, although he would always serious problems against Superman.

Look who is crying now because someone pointed out the true facts about Batman brown nosers. If logic plays no role, then your logic of Batman winning all the time in every scenario doesn't apply. Thanks for clearing that up.
Do not forget that Superman has a strong weakness of kryptonite and Batman as well know now very well, it also has a substantial amount in his Batcave. For Batman, it would be much more difficult to devise a plan to fight Thor.
Kryptonite or not, Superman could finish the fight before Batman can do much of anything. He doesn't need to stand there next to him either. He's also not doing anything to the Flash or Wonder Woman no matter how much prep time you give him imo.
The problem when people think about these things is just comparing physical ability to do something and never take into account that more than likely there is always going to be an aspect that falls into how this or that person is going to act.
Tim Drake could likely beat Bruce Wayne.
Illogical and/or unpredictable people could beat him.
Other than that, noone could defeat Batman Ultimately

Already took Superman and Flash in Tower of Babel, didn't he?
