    @swegbuns: Mr. Freeze's origin was updated in Batman Annual 1 by Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV and Jason Fabok and can be found in Batman Vol. 2 The City of Owls (which isn't standalone and should be read with Vol. 1 The Court of Owls). He is also scheduled to appear in All-Star Batman by Scott Snyder and Jock a few months from now.

    Good question. But I remember the new origin to be really short, not giving much info at all.

    There was also a (sort-of) Part II to it during "Villains Month" in Batman: The Dark Knight #23.2.
