Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Two-Face's biggest issue is that his origin is the most interesting aspect of the character. Judgement Day was probably the only other noteworthy Two-Face episode.
Robin's Reckoning, Heart of Ice, The Underdwellers, The Forgotten, Two-Face, Feat of Clay, Dreams in Darkness, Heart of Steel, The Demon's Quest, His Silicon Soul, etc. Series has far too many great episodes for me to choose just one.
"The Man Who Killed Batman" has always been one of my favorite episodes. "Mad Love" is also a fantastic episode and, honestly, I think Season 4 gets a bit of a bad rep, sometimes.
Is this worth watching? It looks like it's for kids.
Are you asking about a specific episode or the entire series?
The series itself may be kid-friendly, but's it's not a dumbed-down show aimed only at viewers younger that 12 years old. It will have less blood-and-guts and less sex than a show aimed at adults, but Batman: The Animated Series is still enjoyable to many people.
(Now, if you're talking about another animated Batman TV series, things may be different.)
@commissar: I was asking about Batman The Animated Series. I've seen Beware the Batman which I loved and found to be brilliant and wondered how it compares with TAS.

Didn't see much of Beware the Batman myself, but I use to occasionally watch B:TAS back when it was originally on in the early 1990s. (I've since bought the first volume on DVD and have been enjoying it.)
It has the cool feel of the old Fleischer Superman animation from the 1940s, which gives it a nice, dark vibe. And this series was also where future comic book mainstays Harley Quinn and Renee Montoya first appeared. It's definitely worth checking out.
