But, now I'm confused.. that Scott Snyder comic was made back in 2011. But why would they reupload something so old in 2016?

Is there confusion on the OP's part because Snyder is writing All Star Batman for Rebirth and there had also been a comic book in the past called All Star Batman and Robin that was never finished?
