It can withstand high caliber bullets and an angry Firefly's flame.

I don't know about his cape, but now his suite is made of Nomex instead of Kevlar. Less bullet proof, but lighter and better for moving in a urban environment, but also the most Fire-resistant fabric known to man.

Nowadays his cape is filled with litle flexible rods that can strainghten to grant gliding abilities.

@darth_wayne: Well, in an RPG I am wearing a batcape and I have to prove that my cape can withstand a 1000 degree fireball that moves at 2wice the speed of a bullet. Flamethrowers can burn as hot as 1200 so the firefly feat would cover that quite well.

Not really. You just kind of write how your character would react, and it goes back and forth until someone dies. I haven't been in any player to player battles in the RPG forums though. It's just from what I've seen. Everyone just writes the character they want, can't really do a CaV style battle when the characters aren't exactly meant to be balanced.
