me i have imagined a Chess using villain...maybe calling him Chess Master....he is a tactician and he Loves chess....so anytime he and batman confronts each other instead of fighting they are playing Chess.....

Instead of a villain wouldn't it be a cool idea if Some new dark nocturnal superhero set up shop in Gotham City with the same code of ethics,morals,and the non kill mandate, the kicker is he does his job way better than batman, because his body doesn't require sleep or food due to I dunno science, So he is always alert and always working, He's also not a public figure so he doesn't have to spend sometime pretending to be a billionaire playboy. He's always one step ahead and stops all the Villains before Batman even puts on his cowl. I imagine Batman would have some sort of mental breakdown and or be incredibly jealous and overwork himself until he collapses. Probably not though because Batman always wins

Your idea sucks, I just came up with a brilliant one. I would tie him up, reveal my master plan, then leave him with a bomb that's set to explode in 5 minutes, although it only takes me 2 to get in a safe distance.

you give batman any minutes and you are screwed period, five mins for batman equals total destruction, It's like Hannible Smiths line for the A Team "you give me 1 min and I'm good you give me an hour and I'm great you give me six months and I'm unbeatable", it's the classic Batman with prep time will destroy all and everything in his way. That's why you give him 0 seconds and just shoot him in the face

Governor Adrian Stonewall-Governor of the state that Gotham City is in. Stonewall's ancestors were witch hunters and Stonewall thought that witches were real and needed to be destroyed. Stonewall ordered Bruce Wayne's lover Julie Madison to sacrifice her after learning her ancestor was a witch and wanted to make Gotham pure by sacrificing her with his evil cult. Interestingly enough, Commissioner Gordon's deceased father District Attorney Howard Gordon was once affiliated with the cult Stonewall's father led.

Vortex/Adrienne Layton - A physics student at Gotham University exploring the possibilities of traversing different dimensions. One of her experiments was successful, and she was able to successfully access a parallel universe where all the sane people are insane and vice versa...but the adventure had an unusual effect on her psyche, where she repeatedly attempted to go back, even breaking into the university lab on several occasions. What she did not know is that the dimensional fluctuations caused by her traveling into a parallel universe were causing her to slowly merge with her insane other-dimensional counterpart...as well as turning her into a walking dimensional disruption whose very presence could cause reality to become undone. Eventually, Batman manages to close the dimensional rift and defeat Adrienne, imprisoning her inside a specialized cell inside Arkham Asylum, where she can cause no harm while experts attempt to figure out how to return her back to normal.

Powers & Abilities - Has the ability to create and maintain miniature black holes of varying strength and size as long as she is able to concentrate, can create portals into the parallel dimension, materialize objects from said dimension and become intangible by "shifting" between the two dimensions. However, her presence can also cause reality to disrupt, including wrecking the basic laws of physics, causing locations to change and even causing certain things to cease existing. She is also mentally unstable, as a result of fusing with her other-dimensional counterpart, including having memories and knowledge that belong to said counterpart.

Catwoman's Curse

I want to create a new female Batman villain. I mean, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, and Talia al Ghul are certainly sufficiently diabolical and interesting, but with the large host of male villains, Gotham could use a new female nemesis.

How about an anti-heroine who specifically serves as a nemesis of Catwoman? Catwoman is an anti-heroine and struggles with the ethics complications that drive forks between her and Batman. What if a new female super-villain enters the scene and convinces Gotham that Batman and Catwoman are both unreliable?

Background: Her name is Vertigo, and she was once a friend of Selina Kyle but decided that Catwoman was giving Batman too much paparazzi attention (i.e., "Will Batman and Catwoman become great friends or trusting lovers?"). Vertigo is hell-bent on proving that Catwoman represents jurisprudence mischief.

Powers and Abilities: Mind control, martial arts, laser-gun, and chess.

Background:Derreck Tracer is a child of two highly skilled hacker.His parents hack the government database to expose their dirty secret.Since childhood,Tracer has shown a natural talent for hacking,On his 10th birthday,The ISP,government secret organisation of computer database captured him and his parents.They tortured his parents for exposing their secret while he watched in terror.In the end,They killed his parent in front of him.The killer said to Tracer,"This is for the peace."They left him in the street of Gotham after that.He become obsessed with peace after the event.He taught himself to create his own weapon and tools.His goal is to kill all anyone working with the government.He believes that without the order,There will be peace.On his 17th birthday,He commits his first kill on his hunt by making Gotham's Mayor Car crash in a junction by manipulating the traffic light to make a car crash into him.He announce that he is the one who responsible for the accidents that killed a lot of politician in just a span of three week through all media devices across the country.His server cannot be hacked by everyone on the planet including Batman hence the nickname Firewall.His fortress in Gotham is heavily guarded with robot and trap.Even Batman have a hard time breaking into his fortress.He is one of the toughest opponent Batman have fought because of his gadget that were more advanced than The Dark Knight himself.

stupid idea but hear me out:

supervillain fauna - ability to control any animal and emulate all of their powers.

has vast superhuman strength, durability, stamina, speed, reflexes, enhanced senses, can breathe underwater, healing factor and can survive being obliterated, etc. also trained for several years as a hunter, being a proficient hand-to-hand combatant and marksman.

wears a mask that constantly changes shape to match the animal the wielder is using.

he could literally turn the bats inside batman's cave against him, and send animals through the tunnels and cracks in the recess of the grotto.
