Ok guys so I just want to know who would win. This is of the time 7 December 2016 so anything canon and before that is fine but any stuff after is somewhat useful. So guys

Spiderman has edge here, but with prep Batman would understand how to use NY to his advantage.

1 assistant as in Batman calling in to Alfred? Or Batman and Spiderman can bring a friend to fight alongside?
Each get 1 assistant to call upon from their respective universe of their choosing (Superman and Hulk and Thor etc is allowed)
this fight basically became who brings the more powerful friend, and I'm pretty sure Batman wins that one.
No Batman + Prep = Win crap and no Insider suit or other such
Batman with prep is pretty badass, its unfair to say this isnt a fair argument since with prep he's taken out characters A LOT more dangerous than Spiderman, and Spiderman with prep doesn't hold the same accolades (to my knowledge). Can Batman make a suit specifically for Spiderman? or does he just have the suits he's used in the comics?
