He killed Talon/Calvin the moment he showed up,he's got an army of mercs and monstrosities all packing some ridiculous looking guns and venom.Not to mention helicopters,military vehicles,ships,fortress etc.
@entropy_aegis: I was referring to Kate, I know she's a great fighter but everyone else here said that the fight was pretty bad.
It was bad in the sense that it had no build up Bane was just there, but based on Bane's dialogue he actually sounded a lot like his pre-52 counterpart and the issue did acknowledge all of Bane's abilities.
Basically if this arc had Bane as the main villain then it would've been a lot better.
