Batman ImpossibleTo see this review with images, Click Here.Normally when I introduce a comic, I talk about what has been going on previously in the series, but since this is an annual, I really have no idea what to expect. Sure, I could cheat and read the solicits, but I like being surprised. We know this issue cannot be taking place chronologically with the regular series since the last time we saw Damian, he was being dragged God knows where by Joker, so unless this issue features forty pages...

    Earning Fathers Trust 0

The Good : Loved the art in this and you will get plenty of 666 batman suit! PLENTY! Damian takes his father on a journey that Bruce will definitely not forget. If you want see tibits on how Bruces parents were this is a excellent issue for that. A lot of heart warming moments here. I took a long time for Peter Tomasi to get batman to trust his son , but the wait was really worth it. I really love this 666 suit. I also enjoyed Damain demeanor than previous issues written by Peter. If Alfred does...

Not too bad there Peter 0

Disclaimer don't take what I say too seriously or for 100% accuracy. Still read the thing.WHAT UP??? Alright, so let's just go right into it. The comic book straight up starts with a pissed off Bruce beating up a crying nerd.Ok, so it isn't that bad. Said nerd stole military stuff and set Gotham on fire and had to face the Batman. But you got to feel for this guy.So Batman takes a batnap and then Alfred is all like "Yo, wake up" and Bruce is like "Five more minutes mom!" but Alfred's just "Dude,...

    Feels Like Closure 0

ReviewI'm actually kinda shocked by this book. No, not by the need to show Damian in his future Batman costume, but by the art work. I've seen Syaf's work in other books, most notably Batgirl, but it takes the cake here! Something about it just seems to make more sense and fit in this story. It's weird, but I really dug it this time around. The story itself felt really nicely done and paced just right. I wouldn't call it one, but this feels gives me the general feeling of closure. We got to hit so...

The Bats in the Cradle and the Silver Spoon 0

When I first saw this cover, I knew I was in for a treat. Damian in a version of his future-self Batman costume scaled down to fit his current age? Or rather, what must be a prototype for what will perhaps one day be his Batman costumes. Either way, I love it.Ardian Syaf's artwork looks even better than any issue of Batgirl he's drawn. Whenever Mini-Batman (Damian) is in action, running, swinging, fighting; he's so full of vibrant energy; and the panel layouts during the fight scenes are unique,...

Son and Father:Batman and Robin Annual 0

I admit, I was thrown off at first when I saw the cover. My initial reaction was, "What the heck! A midget batman-type character? This isn't Damian is it? Who's this silly villain?". But as always, cliched as it may sound, never judge a book by its cover, and true enough, this philosophy never fails. The story was very well written. Gives a warm feeling and touches on a common personal thing that people can relate to, the relationship between a son and his father. I found myself smiling while ...
