    Bat Branded 1

The Story So FarIssue #11 starts out with Damian getting the drop on the Red Hood. He leaves a crowbar in Jason's bed, so bad ass. During the fight, Damian reminds him that they both have mommy issues and Damian ends up winning and taking his hood. Meanwhile in Gotham, there is a group of thugs working for Terminus who are going around branding people with the bat symbol. Batman no likely.HitAlthough I do like the story in this issue a lot, there are at least 3 or 4 super cool panels and a two p...

    Legacies Tarnished in Red 6

See, this is a fantastic cover, but let's be honest here; how many people buying this comic aren't already buying tickets for The Dark Knight Rises? COME ON! And it really breaks up the flow of the image towards the top. Ugh.Damian continues his self-imposed gauntlet, and manages to beat Red Hood in a similar battle as the one he had with Tim. Now, I know a lot of people will be ready to cry BS on this, but it's not like he completely kicked his ass or anything. Like with Tim, Damian was using s...

    It's a Horrible Brand 5

Considering the ratings I have seen many might not agree with me, but for those who do I will say this. If you have been considering dropping this series this might be the one that does it for you. I’ve looked through this issue several times, and my opinion remains the same. It’s not very good. The one good thing that I liked about this issue was the continuation of Damian’s crusade to prove he is a worthy Robin. In this one he fights Jason, and pretty much delivers a pretty harsh truth to him. ...

    Batman and Robin #11 2

As a Red Hood fan I will do my best to stay impartial to this issue. Tomasi has had some problems with this series but then rises above and delivers. This issue has two good potential stories mixed into but is it a good idea? The war of the Robins continues as Damien tries to earn respect from his peers, and even though he isnt playing nice doesnt mean he wont win but on to the reivewTHE GOOD:As i said, there are two really good stories in here. We start off with Red Hood coming into his safe ho...

    It begins 0

Terminus begins phase one, meanwhile Damian battles his fellow former Robins one by one.Good: I'm loving the idea of Robins vs Robins. I love the idea of Batman having the symbol light up on his chest. I thought it was pretty neat seeing the bat-logo on fire on the building. I think this truly begins this arc as we have already seen a fight between Damian and Tim. The more important fight is Damian vs Jason.Bad: I wish the war of Robins would also let fights other than vs Damian.Verdict: Tomasi ...
