    Gazing Into the Abyss 0

    The Good: I can't believe this is the same Ardian Syaf who drew Revolt of the Alpha Lanterns. The artwork in this issue is definitely gorgeous, with tons of great detail, and an EXCELLENT grasp of how to layout the artwork in the panels. There's a ton of panels in this issue that are almost great enough to be covers. Barbara's really been shaken by her failures lately. She spends most of this issue right at the edge of the abyss, but in the end she finally gazes right into it, and uses it agains...

    Babs Can Walk and Dream 0

    Barbra Gordon has been walking and fighting crime as Batgirl, however, we haven't really got any insight on how. Get ready because we are about to get some clues.  THE GOOD: The art is amazing. It's well done and I really love the coloring going on in the book. It is Gotham but not the dark and evil place. It adds a sense of hope in the city. The story is average. We get to see Barbra dreaming about why she shouldn't be able to walk. We also get some information on what caused her to gain back h...

    Bullet Points Review: Sweet but Script not strong enough 0

    Let me begin with the good points first: The Art is simply beautiful. Batgirl continues to look awesome just like on the cover. The flow of panels are great - completely eye catching. Love the first page with Batgirl on wheels!!!There is a situation where she saves a couple on the Christmas evening and they thank her that due to her they can go home to their kids.
