Jasper Sitwell, was he portrayed as a traitor in the comics? I have some old Iron Man comics with him in them....just curious.

@jayskee: @hulk340: No. He was not a traitor in the comics. He plays a part in the Steranko S.H.I.E.L.D. comics and in Hickman's Secret Warriors. He also was a part of the Winter Soldier series as Bucky's contact with S.H.I.E.L.D. until he was killed.

John Garrett is another member of the Howling Commandos that was then put into Agents of SHIELD.

Ironically he was actually a very selfless character in the comics, at least from what I read. He was killed a while back in the first Winter Soldier series when he saved Nick Fury by taking a bullet for him.

Cool, thanks. In the old Iron Man comics, he seemed harmless enough. I had heard he was in some other stuff which I haven't read.
