During WWII (1939-1945), how each nation of the Allied Forces played a role proved to be significant in assessing victory potential. Each nation determined its role based on its position, power, and opportunity. America officially entered the war after Pearl Harbor, since it was until then preoccupied with its own potent economic development under FDR.
Power distribution is related to ideas about background/experience and of course training. Do we like arguments between, say, Iron Man and Captain America on the Avengers team as they discuss who is more equipped to handle tides of super-villains?
