The Good

Art-Gorgeous stuff from start to finish

Cover- Wanda and Hope, real smoking hot cover!

Creation vs Destruction- One is the force which destroyed the mutant race the other maybe it’s salvation. What does this storyline hold for both? Guess we have to stick around to find out!

Villains- Puff Adler is a mutant? Good times! I love when the serpent society is used, sure they get defeated but I really dig them!

The Bad

Rehash- The Pheonix? Again? Supeheroes fighting each other? again?

Recommended! (for collection and story foundation purposes)The pages of this Prelude have been plastered across the back pages of countless Marvel titles for weeks now. We finally get to see the Avengers side of the story and the rest of the X-Men's side. Overall the hero on villain action was satisfactory. So the moment is finally upon us and in my opinion it has delivered. A lot of times the first issue of a major event has already been largely revealed thanks to previews however I felt this issue still had plenty of surprises to offer.Good:Scarlet Witch's StoryWell for starters I'm always happy to see M.O.D.O.K get some page time especially in his new Superior form. His new minions, whatever they were, were just awesome. The appearance of the Scarlet Witch to stop him felt natural enough. I did ...
