    I had my doubts about this series from a start; when you claim that your team has eighteen characters, to start out with at least, you can tell the book is going to be all over the place in terms of characters development, focus, and general plot. Couple with that how individualized each issue becomes, and it feels less like a series and more like a collection of mini-series and one-shots.The book is split into two halfs: The opening story and the character development.
