    Avalon Communications is the parent publishing company owned by Roger Broughton that bought up the remaining Charlton Comics properties that had not been bought up by DC Comics. It existed under this name from 1986-2002; it's main imprint was America's Comics Group. In 2002, the company was merged with others by Roger Broughton to form Charlton Media Group.
