    I have recently decided to read, and re-read certain X-Men stories, having a mixture of both classic, and modern stories, with most of them being critically acclaimed.     Would you take the cure if it meant you could be like everyone else? 0

    I went into this book with very high expectations as I heard really great things about this run and loved the premise, and I can say this story exceeded my expectations. One thing I have always loved about the X-Men was the struggles they faced against humans and I feel this story arc does a great job of that. The story is basically this, someone has discovered a cure for mutants and this has divided the mutant community. The X-Men decide to investigate this cure with plans to destroy the cure. ...

    The Story: Cyclops and Emma Frost re-form the X-Men with the intention of astonishing the world. With breaking news of a mutant cure, it causes friction among X-Men members. The X-Men face the villainous Ord and are eventually aided by someone they believed to be dead.  My Thoughts:This X-Men series is written by Joss Whedon who starts the series off with a bang.
