Beware the Batman

Jackman I an alright wolverine but I don' think he really has him 'down'. I believe there are a few actors out there who could put up a better performance. Still he isn't 'bad' horrible' or any other negative connotations are attached to his ability to play Logan.

This scene looked a little...off to me. I still plan on seeing the movie and I have little doubt I won't like it.

Right. This film is by a different director and writers. The director James Mangold's film Walk the Line was nominated for multiple Oscar's. Also screenplay writer Scott Frank wrote for Marley & Me which was a great film.

I'm happy it's just really him I feel Origins was full of too many Xmen and other mutants. I was really upset with X:WO but I really do feel this movie will do Logan some justice.

Plus, I'm happy that James Mangold seems to have a clear idea of what he plans to accomplish with this Wolverine movie, and that we are only seeing one other mutant besides Wolverine.

It seems like people are nitpicking everything since they are still mad over Origins. The Wolverine looks way better than Origins ever did, so I'm not worried.

I thought this looked really good...realistic? no but good nonetheless. I think people are being too harsh on this film. It is gonna be better than origins I know that. I will def watch this film.

This Logan is still probably not seeing it in theaters. I'll most likely rent it.

that was a great fight scene. And the physics do make sense. He was thrown out the side so he had to stab to hang on. Once something goes past a certain speed the air resistance will force you off of it. Try hanging on to the outside of a plane and the same thing will happen. Thats a bullet train. They travel over 200 miles per hour

That scene is a joke right? If not, then the director has some problems.

Exactly! The train fight was sublime! If it doesn't have gratuitous CGI explosions like in Man of Steel, the naysayers aren't happy. And I agree with you that Origins was decent, but had an amazing Sabretooth from Scriber.

@super_soldierxii: It wasn't choreographed well at all, it had bad editing, not to mention that you had no idea who was who or if there were even multiple people in the scene.

Matrix had a better moving rooftop scene and that was made in 1999.

Why all the hate?! Wow... anyways, I thought it looked exciting and entertaining. For those mentioning the unrealistic physics and stuff... well, this isn't supposed to represent a 'real' person/reality, and it happens ALL the time in movies etc. Please stop finding things to nit pick and try to enjoy the fact that there is an option to watch a wolverine movie.

Wait, at the end of the clip, did they forget that gravity exists? Sure, he'd fly backward on the train, but he'd also stumble down. He shouldn't be "flying" toward the Japanese knife man, he should be rolling on the top of the train. Can't say this makes me any more excited for the movie, which was virtually not at all.

Not bad! Still gonna see this, but Man of Steel I still am gonna say is the summer blockbuster for 2013.

Why the hell isn't he cutting those people into a billion pieces.....that's what the REAL wolverine would do.......

That's horrible, the cg doesn't look fluent at all in that scene. I don't recall a single scene in Superman, Thor, avengers, or even ironman that seemed that influent. Some of the spidermen movies had those too, but nothing like that!

The X-men movies are always average never anything ground breaking...X-men First Class and X2 were Good though IMO

I like Jackman as Wolverine but the plots the put in his movies are usually pretty bad and convoluted. And they seem to take great liberties with the characters they put in, like Madam Hydra. Is she a snake woman in the comics?

Effing stupid cgi and dodgy fight scene again, almost as bad as when they had Maverick/agent zero jumping into the helicopter from miles away in the origins film! was going to give this a try, not now tho, ill wait till sky movies thanks!

This is a Fox movie that happens to feature a Marvel character, not a Marvel film. There is a difference.

I'm just going to decide whether or not to see this movie based on reviews and friends' opinions.

Probably won't go to see this opening day but I think people are being a bit harsh on this movie. That fight scene was pretty cool. And it can't be worse than Origins! It just can't.......

Not so bad! Unrealistic, yes. But the movie is based on a character who is not real, so... Was not a HUGE fan of origins, but this looks like a decently fun ride! I will go in with the mindset I had during Transformers... ;) PLEASE DON'T SUCK.

Sign of our times. The modern adolescent's senses are so overloaded with CGI that what amounts to a fairly cool fight scene is now yawn inducing to today's over stimulated minds.

Soon, we're going to have to have orgasm inducing, mind blowing, nose bleeding, roller coaster flying seats and fully interactive visuals just to get a 'blip' from the graphic hungry minds of tomorrow.

Sigh.
