I say Remender better not write anything, really. After what he's done to Cap series, I'm far from being thrilled knowing he's the leading writer of the AXIS event.

Eh was there actually any X-Men news at this panel?

I'm curious about how the Young Avengers will interact with the X-Men. Prodigy returning to the school in some capacity would be nice. Remender best have Magneto winning the day against Red Skull. I won't accept anything but that outcome.

Agreed, his Cap run hasn't been very good. His other works are pretty good, but I hope he isn't Marvel's lead writer this year. There are plenty of other writers I'd rather see tackle big events.

Also, like Winter_Kills said above me, it doesn't seem right with Skull and Steve not being Cap, so I think I'll skip this event.

AMEN. That really takes my interest away as well. No Steve as Cap against the Skull? In a big event where the Skull(Or OnSkull) is the main villain? No thanks. And I hope that the "big Loki moment" is a good one- I don't want to see him getting mishandled like Cap or Thor.

I'm actually pretty stoked about Rage of Ultron, Ultron going to Titan to mess around with Thanos sounds amazing.

I think this event it'll change the way we see Marvel Super heroes...There wouldn't be Lines between good and evil anymore...

if that is the case it probably is some sort of mind manipulation on Red Skulls part, seeing as he has Prof. X's mind.

All of his actions were divinity form logic. I always thought his coldness made him such a scary enemy.

Rage of Ultron peaks my interest.... does he have emotions now? I think that kind of ruins him.

I can still VIVIDLY remember how mad comic readers were at the onslaught event in the 1990s. Alot of us stopped reading Marvel after it happened. I really hope onslaughts evolvement ends at just the armor and not the person. I really don't want a repeat of that garbage...

Despite their reassurances it still seems like the X-Men are getting the shaft for this event. Hopefully the event itself proves me wrong.

Its frustrating so soon after Age of Ultron that the villain is coming back, but I guess nobody liked that event.

Yeah skipping this event. Not really happy to see Remender looks to be lead writer this year. I really hope he leaves Captain America after the upcoming switch up is done.

My interest in this event just skyrocketed.

I'm looking forward to this event. I LOVE Rick Remender's stuff from Uncanny X-Force & Uncanny Avengers. I haven't read his Cap stuff yet. I tend to look forward to events that come out of series I have been really enjoying like Trinity War, Forever Evil. I really want to see Magneto kick Red Skull's butt in Axis.

What do you guys think is it about spoilers that they're "holding back"? Could it be the stuff I read on Bleedingcool about (read at your own risk, in case this happens to be true) good guys turning evil and villains turning good?

Magneto has been a fantastic series so far. I didn't like what Bunn did while on Wolverine but I guess sometimes it just takes the right character/writer match. Magneto vs. Red Skull is exciting to say the least. AXIS looks like it could be a cool event.

Explains why Their was no magneto this week

Glad to hear that Magneto is getting his due. I was initially somewhat skeptical of the event because the solicit for the new "X-men / Avengers" event only shows one real X-man (Storm) and a bunch of Avengers. I was really hoping that it would include Cyclops' team.
