Truly..an amazingg trailer.

The emotional tones, the action, superman punching pple, zod's armour, and to top it all of

2:18 : LexCorp.....

So..psyched...

Love it.

Sorry, that I have to say this, but the trailer is boring. The CGI at the beginning looks like a Star Wars episode, very poor. The suit looks wrong and the action is ordinary/average; everything seems pale and impersonal. I know, "you can´t judge a movie until you've seen it", but what I've seen so far in the trailers is not something special.

Another reboot....

WHOOOAAAHHHH!!!! I am amped for this, this could be the definitive cinematic version of supes. I hope and pray that the film lives up to the hype this trailer creates. If it does, DC and WB could usher in a golden age for their comics to film properties....

I can't believe I am saying this for a Superman movie, but I can't wait.
I hope it is the movie Superman deserves. let's hope DC give him, at last, the comic he deserves as well...

C'mon guys, it's Zack Snyder who directed it, not Nolan...Nolan is just served as Producer (WB wants his name on it). Gotta give Zack more credit, from the trailer...THAT GUY NAILED IT!

I hear it is doing very well with test audiences.

It looks much better than Superman Returns at the very least.

I take pleasure in the costume looking bad though.

The Audience at large may reject the changes so we will see.

This is just so awesome. I cannot contain how impressed and excited I am at this film. What Snyder, Nolan and Goyer have in store is just brilliant even for a trailer. So much exposition that I wanted to see has come to pass. And I'm much less annoyed about Zod being reused. He seems awesome! And at last Superman punches someone!

I'm so excited for the young Clark and Pa Kent stuff. Those two lines alone got me weepy.

It is great to finally see a nice idea and concept behind the suit. Basically it is a "undersuit" which you wear beneath the kryptonian battle armor... and since Superman does not have this armor sent with him to earth, there is only the undersuit showing the symbol of his parents house :) Also great to see it in the scene witz ZOD where he has the black undersuit with his symbol on it :)

I'm not a big Superman fan and hate his version in the New52 but man I can truly say I am hooked. If this is as awesome as the trailers make it out to be and the rest of the movies follow suit then I have true faith in the DC Cinematic Universe.

While I was not interested in seeing it in the Theaters before not it is one of(if not the) my biggest priorities.

I like superman best when he is a symbol of hope in the darkest of times. Not to get melodramatic with a fictional character but, I think people could use the return of a pop culture Icon that represents hope.

i am glad (now) that superman returns wasn't a success,because we are finally getting THIS film.

It amazes me that people were actually expecting live action stunts about a person that can fly at light speed and through buildings and light up the sky and have it all be a stunt man with no cg!! WTF do people seriously think they're gonna be getting with Superman?? He's not batman, aka a human in a suit with gadgets, he's an alien with incredible powers, and sorry, you just can't do that shit with a stuntman, most people with common sense would realise that and know what they are getting in for, a bloody damn good movie judging by the trailer, instead of winging there's too much cgi!

i'm thinking the guy at 2:18 is Metallo, or at least Colonel Hardy (no John Corbin cast yet so I'm going with him being the movie equivalent) in a suit possibly designed by LexCorp for the military (similar to how the Animated Series Lex built the mobile suit-esque warsuit in the second and third episode or building the metal zero suits in the new 52). Also remember seeing a bunch of images of a guy dressed in a CGI capture suit that everyone thought was Michael Shannon (Zod) but is more likely the guy we see at 2:18. Probably the guy that knocks Superman into the bank vault as well.

This just hyped me up more for this awesome movie. I'm glad Snyder is directing it. Funny that a Snyder is coming out with a Superman movie and another is coming out with Superman Unchained the same week. June 14 needs to get here

FINALLY, some action! This film might actually be good!

Not only punched someone but followed it up with superspeed and punched them again while in flight.

I was certain I was going to see the movie after the 2nd trailer and this 3rd trailer reinforces that even more.

And once again my faith is restored. I'm so psyched for this! Is it June yet? No really..is it??

Another redundant quote, it was stated as a reboot from the get go, that was the whole idea, or......were you hoping for a sequel to Superman Returns instead?

I thought his symbol was his family crest. Is the "hope" thing just for this movie's fiction?

Only complaint I have, and only complaint in the comments. I'm sure you can handle one complaint. Just one? Lol. No movie is perfect. But my point was, "clearly looks CG". Everyone knows that cg is used in most sci-fi films today. But anyone with half a brain also knows that it is bad to be able to identify it. Most cape scenes are done using CG. Did you know that? Probably, or probably not. But it definitely doesn't look cg. Thats my only problem. May not even be a problem once the movie releases.

Snyder nailed it. Whoever made teh trailer nailed it. Plenty of action, but nowhere near enough look at key scenes so we aren't spoiled when we see it in the theatre.

After this I expect folks to bow to alter of Zack Snyder. Guy got a lot of flack for the Watchmen. No slow-mo either, he is using a shaky cam approach which for Superman is insane. It looks like its all continuous.

When she is about to say Superman and gets interrupted, I hate when they do that in films. It's kind of like they are saying calling someone Superman in the year 2013 isn't cool. Hope they call him Superman in the film and that scene isn't just a wink and nod for the 'fans'.

This is really looking like it could be DC's best movie yet
