While I know that many of you may not necessarily agree with me, I found it worth discussing. In the spirit of what I consider to be Tim Burton's genius, the MoMA, that is the New York City Museum of Modern Art, will be showcasing art pieces from throughout Burton's career. The work which will be displayed from November 22nd 2009 to April 26th 2010 and will consist of everything from the conceptual art from his films, to some of his never realized projects including "Superman Lives."

The exhibition presents artwork generated during the conception and production of his films, and highlights a number of unrealized projects and never-before-seen pieces, as well as student art, his earliest non-professional films, and examples of his work as a storyteller and graphic artist for non-film projects.

The art on display will range from his childhood to his adult career, which any fan of Tim Burton will appreciate. If you will be visiting New York City be sure to visit the MoMA and check out what looks to be a very interesting exhibit. Below are some photographs courtesy of MTV, all of which are comic related.
