@dustinstauffer: That's cool! Green Arrow needs a good rogues gallery and Killer Moth needs more exposure. I am all up for him being a regular in the Green Arrow comics now. However I would like some things like him originally being the anti-Batman and being the first costumed crook Batgirl fought stays with the character. Those two things (mainly with Babs) is probably his most notable thing in comics and I would hate to see it go. Also this is Zero Year so maybe this is just his first costume. Hopefully with the upcoming story arc he'll have a costume very much like the original though maybe with a darker color scheme.

While they have been rebranding a lot of characters in this case they are going to use Killer Moth in an upcoming Green Arrow arc (guessing after the Outsider war stuff finishes). So this is just his first apperance, suppose to have another tweaked look when he appears in that future arc from what I read on Sorrentino official twitter account. Though I doubt he will have his past goofy costume. Doesn't really fit the art vibe/story with the current team. He's seldom used in the Bat family anyway, rather see him have some life somewhere. Even if it is with a different look.

I've heard people say that the New 52 is X-TREME 90Z! 20 years too late.

For the most part, I don't disagree.

@samyroc: That's one of the things I don't like about the New 52. They are taking away the stupidity of some characters costume and trying to make them edgier or whatever. What gave some of those character their charm was their stupid looks.

I dont mind the zero years, even if they are tire ins. Even though it is Batman's "zero year", remember Green Arrow, GL, Flash, Superman, Red Hood, etc. are all related to Batman and his history in some way. Might have to put my foot down if Animal Man or Swamp Thing go Zero Year though....

Ugh, why does DC have to keep interrupting the ongoing story. I have no doubt this will be a great issue, but could we at least have two months of books before the next gimmick? I do like the beard though, Ollie needs to keep the beard.

I've read Lemmire's first two issues but couldn't followthe rest , so is this the perfect ocassion to begin reading it once and for all or should I rather pick up the previous issues ?
